On your device

Saved programs and pathway plans are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us. Clear your browser data to remove them. PDF and JSON downloads are made on your device. This site does not set cookies.

Page views

We count page views with the page path, the time, and a daily salted hash of your IP address and browser type. We do not store your raw IP address or browser type. These records are deleted after 396 days.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how pages perform and how many people visit. Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Read Cloudflare's description.

Corrections and inquiries

If you send a correction or inquiry, we store your contact details, the page it is about and your message so a person can review it. These records are deleted after 365 days.

Spam protection

We keep a short-lived counter keyed by a salted hash of your IP address. Counters are deleted after one day.

You sign up on a form hosted by Buttondown, our email provider, and confirm by email. This site does not collect your email address itself. Buttondown stores your address under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from any issue. Interest registrations stored by an earlier version of this site are deleted 30 days after registration.
